Returns must be UNUSED with the ORIGINAL TAGS attached, in the ORIGINAL BAG and in a resalable condition. Our full returns policy outlined is below.

What if I need to send something back for exchange or refund?

It's not a problem, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or the cost of the item(s) refunded. (Please note refunds are made back to the original card the transaction was made with).

All purchases made directly online at www.boardshop.co.uk are covered by a 14 day exchange or refund guarantee. Basically if you don't dig it, or you need to swap it please follow the process below.

Please note boards sold as trade ins or used boards are sold as seen and not eligible for refunds or exchange. Unless damaged in transit.

In all return correspondence please quote your - Order ID/Order number, the items you wish to return (size, quantity etc), and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. Returns IDs can only be issued via e-mail and will NOT be issued over the telephone. However if you receive an incorrect item, a faulty item or experience any issue with your order whatsoever please feel free to contact us by e-mail or telephone and we will be more than happy to help. Then please e-mail message@triple-s-surfsupplies.co.uk marking the subject as - Return and your "Order ID".

You will then be sent a returns ID. This returns ID must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us.

Returns IDs will NOT be issued over the telephone.

No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package. You can return your order, to the address above, within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Returns older than 14 days will not be accepted, unless agreed by Triple S in advance.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such returns or exchanges.

Please make sure surfboards returned for any reason are packaged in the original box with the additional packaging material used. Triple S will not be responsible for return damage in transit to surfboards not packed adequately.

We will refund you any money you have paid us for the product(s) being returned, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

If you return an item to us that is faulty, we will pay for the cost of the return postage.

Surfboard Warranty 

The majority of the surfboards sold on Triple S are finished by hand. All surfboards are warranted to be made from the finest materials to the highest specifications of all the suppliers we work with.  

Surfboards are not guaranteed against breakage, creases, cracks, heat damage, broken fin boxes, dings, compressions or discoloration, however caused, simply because the circumstances are out of our control. Surfing places huge demands on equipment; even small waves or impact can create sufficient pressure to snap or crease a surfboard. 

In addition a small insignificant impact on a surfboard can lead onto a much bigger issue if the damage is not repaired fully. 

Warranty Resolution 

All the legal stuff to one side we are surfers just like our customers, and hate to see damage to any surfboard. All reported issues with surfboards will be considered. 

Taking the above into consideration, if you feel your surfboard suffers from a manufacturing or workmanship defect please email us or call. When emailing, please include your order number and a detailed explanation of issue and clear digital photos of entire top side of the board, entire bottom side of the board and of any specific area(s) of concern. 

Triple S reserves the right to make final determination of the warranty status in its sole discretion. If a defect exists, will choose, in its sole discretion, whether to (1) repair the board at no charge, or (2) exchange the board with a product that is functionally equivalent to the original product. 

Putting a tail pad on the board will not affect a potential warranty. However the cost of any accessories on the board, or bought with the board, are not covered. 

Summary of Surfboard Warranty

All surfboards are warranted to made from the best materials to the highest known standards. Because of the nature of the sport of surfing, no guarantees against damage or breakage of surfboards are offered or implied. 

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Boardshop.co.uk shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Boardshop.co.uk shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
